Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer dispensing unit not dispensing any sanitizer, plastic line feeding into unit appeared to be slightly loose and letting in air. Hose was adjusted during inspection and started dispensing 200ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a sanitizer is always available in the appropriate concentration and verify with test strips. No test strips avaiable - purchase for monitoring purposes.
