- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water and liquid soap. Ensure when bar is in use, paper towels are also available at this bar.
- Glasswasher dispenses 100 ppm chlorine to glass surface
- Coolers were below 4C
- Beer taps/nozzles maintained in sanitary conditions
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm in spray bottle
