Store bags of flour at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent pests from accessing the food, and for easy cleaning underneath. To be corrected today.

Observation:
1. Ceiling panels above oven have started accumulating dust.
2. Plastic boxes, lids, and garbage is stuck behind chest freezers.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Clean ceiling panels above oven so the dust does not fall into food below. To be corrected by December 8, 2016.
2. Clean behind chest freezers. To be corrected by December 2, 2016.
