Routine inspection
- All hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree C. Defrost the chest freezers near the back wall.
- All hot holding above 60 degree C
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in a spray bottle
- No pest activity noted during the inspection. Pest control in place.
Note: Condiments on the burger prep line are stored on ice. All potentially hazardous foods must be used with 2 hours and discarded if more than 2 hours in the danger zone. Time monitoring and logs must be in place. This must also be updated in your food safety plan.
