Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer measured 0ppm chlorine in the spray bottle and bucket.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that a sanitizer solution of 100ppm chlorine (5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water) is available at all times. Make this solution fresh daily. Staff made solution at the time of inspection.

Observation: Dishwasher did not dispense any sanitizer during the final rinse cycle. Technician had been called originally for an issue with the detergent; have them repair the issue with the sanitizer as well; technician to arrive today as per staff.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher so that it dispenses 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
