Observation: Live cockroaches found in the bar in the following areas:
-Behind a hand sink.
-In between the counter and the 3-compartment sinks.
-Underneath cash registers (2)
-In sticky traps (approximately 4 found in one, 2 in another)
-In the electrical outlet next to the glasswasher.
-On the counter (several times).
One dead cockroach was found in the box next to the splenda container.
Corrective Action(s): Call pest control immediately and provide their report afterwards.

Observation: Cleaning needed on shelving, underneath equipment and on the floor in some areas to remove food debris buildup, garbage.
Corrective Action(s): Before the next inspection.

Observation: Provide a paper towel dispenser at one of the hand sinks. Ensure that soap is available too.

Severe cockroach infestation.
Closure Order issued. Do not re-open until another inspection has taken place and you have been approved to open.

Inspection:
All coolers were < 4 C.
Soap and paper towels available for hand sinks, however a dispenser is needed.
Glasswasher was at 50 ppm.
