Supply of chlorine test strips provided to allow for sanitizer, low temperature dishwasher testing. Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan binder available on the premise. Temperature logs are now maintained for cold storage units to verify cooler function. Display cooler unit replaced. Replacement cooler unit 6 - 8 C, cooler will no longer be used to store potentially hazardous foods. (Single samples of each product will placed for viewing, but not for sale.)
