Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CH4RQ5: 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use in spray bottle. All foods in the lower section of the under the counter preparation cooler adequately covered. Reminder to always cover food products to protect from contamination. Walk in cooler serviced. Ambient air temperature at 3-4 degrees C. Operator's accurate indicating thermometer reading 3-4 degrees C. New stainless steel pizza pan covers purchased and in use.
