Met with owner and discussed the following: - back storage area and food shelving need to be reorganized ( this to be completed by end of March since the restaurant will be closed for February/end of March for family holidays ). - daily temperature logs need to be up to date The storage downstairs have been painted. Thank you Low temperature dishwasher - supplied with bleach at the final rinse ( 100ppm ) test strips are available walk in cooler - well organized wiping clothes - stored in approved sanitizer ceiling/walls in the kitchen area - have been washed - Thank you
