Routine health inspection. Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Freezers at -18 degrees C or less. Food is covered. Dry storage satisfactory. Raw meat in walk-in cooler (no ready-to-eat foods aside from small quantity of staff food/beverage). Hand washing stations (work area, staff washroom) are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Bleach water sanitizer available at 100 ppm chlorine in bucket. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer. Note: Bleach is regular/unscented. Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and three sink plugs. Bleach water sanitizer was set up in sanitizing compartment at time of inspection (100 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer). General sanitation satisfactory. Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing of equipment. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
