Ensure all lights are functional and equipped with covers - According to the operator the prep cooler top will be finished with a stainless steel top - hair nets purchased for facial hair protection. Purchase proper bread nets and uniform/ chef's coats. - submit updated sanitation for cookie manufacturing machine - Install a proper back screen door
