Comments

The kitchen has been renovated. Stainless steel shelving system has been installed, old sinks replaced with new. Additional fridges provided.
Pest control is provided.
Floor in the cooking area is clean. Clean the back of the kitchen, i.e., inside the ice machine, the floor and wall around mixer, storage room, ledges...etc. Replace the door for the ice machine.
Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
No recalled Original Kulfi products are sold here.
No signs of pest infestation in the outside storage trailer. Ensure that pest control technician also has access to this area.
