Observation: Liquid soap dispenser at handsink on the side wall by the stove was not functional (cover of dispenser had come off)

Corrective Action(s): Repair soap dispenser immediately. Staff are currently physically using/squeezing the bottle for soap (get a pump dispenser in the interm).

Routine inspection conducted:
One of the two prep coolers across the cooking line was being repaired during inspection, no food was stored inside. Other prep cooler was at 3.2 deg C
Walk in cooler: 3.9 deg C
Walk in freezer: -15 deg C
Alcohol cooler: 3 deg C
All other freezers at -18 deg C or less
Chemical dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle at dish level
Hot holding (across cooking line) at 60 deg C or greater
Staff wearing hair restraints
No signs of pests at time of inspection
Foods in coolers are covered and date stamped
Quat sanitizer in spray bottles (purple solution) at 200 ppm Quats; located throughout kitchen and in bar area
Bar Glasswasher achieved 12.5 ppm iodine residual
Kitchen manager showed proof of FoodSafe Certification (expires March 2019).
