-Overall sanitation is satisfactory; a bit of food debris in the the walk-in freezer, ensure to have all areas in the premises cleaned regularly -all hand washing sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towel -hot and cold running water available at all sinks -manual dishwashing performed; operator well aware of proper wash, rinse and sanitizing procedures; QUAT as well as bleach on site for sanitizing solution -QUAT dispenser in good working order; detected 200 ppm from dispenser and also in spray bottles -all coolers are at 4 C or under -white chest freezer at -18 C or under -walk-in freezer at -18 C or under -display freezer for frozen fruit and yogurt bars are -18 C or under -no sign of pests noted
