Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot-held pizza slices were at ~45 degrees C for less than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): The hot-held pizza was reheated to 74 degrees C and the heat of the hot-holding unit was increased. Ensure hot-held pizza is either maintained at 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink near the front area lacked paper towels and a garbage bin.
Corrective Action(s): The operator replaced paper towels and re-located a bin from the front cash register to the handsink. Ensure the handsink remains supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, paper towels, and a garbage bin. Obtain another bin to place near the cash register for garbage debit receipts.

Observation: Take-out containers for sauces were stored in a cardboard box mixed with other items (packaged glasses, receipts etc.). A new bottle of detergent was stored near unopened sauces in the cupboard. Personal items (e.g. medication) was stored with food items.
Corrective Action(s): The operator re-located the detergent during the inspection and stored the take-out sauce containers in separate clean food grade container at the time of inspection. Re-organize the entire cabinet this weekend to fully separate food items, take-out containers for customers, and personal items.
