Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Repeat violation. Equipment stored in bin located on storage shelf (cashew grinder) was observed with food debris on food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Equipment placed into three-compartment sink for washing and sanitizing. Bleach water sanitizer available at 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure equipment is properly and thoroughly washed, then rinsed and sanitized. Allow to air dry before storing away.

Follow up to report MBEK-CQYUBS.
Tap at three compartment sink has been fixed/replaced. Both taps functional and hot/cold running water available.
Ventilation canopy and cook line area have been cleaned.
No double stacking (without barrier) observed. No open cans with food observed.
Chemicals stored in washroom, away from food/utensil storage.
The following requires attention:
Some areas noted on the previous routine health inspection report have been cleaned. Operator stated that additional cleaning has not been completed due to the lunch rush. Ensure premises (e.g. floors) are properly cleaned today. Note: Some areas still appear to require a deep cleaning. Discussed with owner/operator. To be checked at next inspection.
Ensure all food is properly covered.
Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized before storing away. Leave equipment in dishwashing area and do not store away if it still needs to be washed and sanitized.
