Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # DWAG-BGATVG of Sep-23-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Mildew observed inside the ice machine. Correction: Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and first batch after sanitizing. Correct by: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection: - Sanitizing pail available at the front serving area measured at 200 ppm bleach. Wiping clothes stored inside. - Serving area hand washing stations not obstructed, provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Ice machine was maintained in sanitary condition. Ensure it is cleaned and sanitized atleast bi-weekly.
