- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm
- Bar towels stored in chlorine sanitizer solution at 100 ppm
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- Freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- Hot held food items measured to be above 60C
- Ice cream machine, beverage machines, and ice machine maintained in sanitary conditions. In-use utensils stored in ice - good.
- Food storage practice satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted
- Time tracking stickers in use for burger toppings. Ensure each insert is being properly time-tracked and stickers are changed each time toppings are replaced.
- No raw shell eggs were being held at room temperature at time of inspection. Ensure to use time tracking stickers when eggs are out at room temperature.
