Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS sanitizer pail at front service area measured at 100 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip during time of inspection. QUATS sanitizer was replaced with new solution which measured at 200 ppm. Staff mentioned that the sanitizer is changed once per day.
Corrective Action(s): Replace sanitizer solution in the sanitizer pails more frequently (as per sanitation plan) to ensure sanitizer is at 200 ppm QUATS concentration to effectively sanitize and remove potential pathogens from all food contact surfaces, equipment and utensils.

Routine Inspection Conducted:

1. Temperatures:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Sandwich cooler inserts at 4'C
- Beverage cooler at 3'C
- Under-counter cooler at front service area at 4'C
- Hot-holding units measured at >60'C
- Temperature logs maintained

2. Sanitation:
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory
- Hand washing stations in service area and staff washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

NOTE: QUATS chemical test strips available on site (next to 3-compartment sink) are expired. Ensure the chemical test strips are replaced with new non-expired strips during the next scheduled maintenance from the chemical company.

3. Storage:
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- First-in-first-out method in use. Foods containers observed with time stamps
- All foods observed covered

4. Administration:
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on premises
- Operating permit visible during time of inspection
