Follow-up inspection:
- Walk-in cooler at 4C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, single use paper towels and free from obstruction.
- Hot water was available on site from all sinks.
- Locks obtained for the two chest freezers and walk-in cooler located outside.
- Bins of rice stored inside the kitchen.
- No food was thawing at the time of the inspection.

Operator must submit an updated floor plan to the Environmental Health Officer regarding the renovation at the storage area.
