Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels, with the exception of the staff washroom hand sink (noted above).
All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the 2-door glass cooler that had an ambient temperature of 7 C. The operator said that it had recently finished the defrost cycle. Monitor to ensure that the ambient temperature is 1-4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.l
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests. A professional pest control company is onsite regularly.
The ventilation hood is schedule for professional cleaning this month
General sanitation was satisfactory.
