Paper based inspection Report #F233128:
Bleach sanitizer measured >100 ppm (in bucket and spray bottle).
Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Deep freezer was at -22 deg C.
Prep line coolers and upright cooler were at 3-4 deg C.
Hot holding for pizza was at 60 deg C. If hot holding is lower than 60 deg C, provide a timer to ensure pizza in hot holding is kept for only 30 mins - 1 hr and then discarded.
Food and food-related items were stored off the floor. No signs of pests observed in premises.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
