No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.

Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source.

Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated hand scoop.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers.

Recommendation: The Jackson Brand dishwasher is in working order but the built in temperature gauge is cracked and not accurate.
The manifolds reads temperature at 98C on the gauge but the final rinse is at 71.5C internal temperatures.
Ensure to test dish washer daily with a internal, dishwasher safe thermometer to make sure it reaches at least 71C.
Do not rely on the built in gauge for an accurate reading.
