Observation:
1) Dead rodent observed behind the dishwasher.
2) Rodent feces observed beneath sliding glass cooler and between upright cooler and chest freezer.

Professional pest control in place.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Clean and sanitize areas where rodent and feces are found with a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach in 10 cups water).
2) Ensure that all food is protected from rodent contamination
3) Seal any potential entrances and reduce clutter.

Observation: Walk-in cooler and sliding glass door cooler are slow to drop in temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Have these two cooler units serviced so that it is able to easily maintain 4C/40F. Recommend getting new gaskets to help seal the cooler. Date to be corrected by: June 20, 2019
