- Handsink has running hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels to facilitate proper handwashing practices. Proper handwashing practices and correct glove use reviewed with operator.
- 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution available for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Food storage in coolers appears satisfactory - food is protected from contamination.
- Required cleaning has been completed. Continue to work on maintaining a high level of sanitation throughout premises.

Note: Operator replaced counter top refrigerated sushi display unit with a new unit. No concerns. Refrigerated unit maintaining food at acceptable temperature (≤4 deg C).
