A walk through of both indoors and outdoors was completed at the inspection dated March 25, 2021. Staff ECE qualifications and First Aid certification is current and posted. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of the Routine inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
Children's Records
The Manager advised that with new enrolment, the newer registration forms will be utilized which contains an area to document emergency contact information. The older forms do not have an area on the registration form for this information. It is noted that the emergency permission cards do have this information along with a photo of the child.
References
The facility maintains copies of written reference letters for staff. Licensing was informed that the head office ensures references are verified and that this information is maintained at the head office.

Time spent includes writing of report off-site. As the reports were written off-site and sent by email, no signature was obtained.
