Walk in cooler below 4 C. 3 door freezer at -17 C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. Bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle tested 200 ppm. Cleaning logs and temperature logs are up to date. Foodsafe trained handlers are onsite at all times when the kitchen is in use. General sanitation is satisfactory
