Display cooler still not operating correctly. Operator is no longer keeping sandwiches in this cooler. Major cleaning and reorganizing of back area has occurred. Wiping cloth being stored in 100 PPM bleach water solution. Ensure grounds to be recycled are stored in a container so that grinds will not be spilled on floor. Note dishwasher was able to be tested at the endof the routine inspection on June 21 and reached a 71 degree C final rinse at plate surface
