- Mouse droppings have been cleaned up. - A significant improvement in the sanitation level of the floor is noted. - Unsealed wood which had been used to cover gaps has been removed and replaced with metal. - Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation and keep floor area clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. Clean up any additional droppings immediately when noted. Maintain contract with Pest Control Technician. Keep copy of service reports on-site. - Foodsafe requirement met at the time of the inspection. Manager present at the time of the inspection and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Manager reported additional staff have registered for the course to ensure adequate coverage.
