Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AX9SRB.

Ice machine interior was observed to be in sanitary condition.
In-use utensils are currently stored in an ice bath. In-use utensils may be stored in a water bath at 4 degrees C or less, at 60 degrees C or more, or in a clean container where the container and utensils are washed and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
Template provided for dishwasher temperature log at time of inspection.
