Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Repeated violation:18 cartons (30) of eggs were sitting at room temperature (20C to 21C). Manager said that the guys who delivered them were supposed to put them into the cooler but they didn't. All eggs were discarded.

Observation: Frozen drips of water found on ceiling of cake display cooler in front. Cakes were stored underneath. Manager mentioned that cooler is cleaned every 3 months and foods are being shifted to the cooler in the middle during the cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Remove cakes to another cooler at 4C. Cooler must be repaired and cleaned to prevent water dripping. If dripping persists, do not use cooler until a cooler unit provided without any frost or dripping observed.

Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas noted above.
