Comments

-The front under counter cooler had an ambient temperature of 7 C. Only tea is stored in this cooler. The light covers were replaced since the last inspection. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the one mentioned above. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached 78 C at the plate level. The operator has a max hold thermometer for checking the dishwasher temperature and records are kept. Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine. No evidence of pests. A professional pest control company is on site regularly, reports available for review. Door sweeps are in place at the back door. The owner is FoodSafe level 1 certified. General sanitation was satisfactory.
