Green Valley pest control contracted for pest control service. Monthly pest control contracted, but will be starting twice monthly - good Dead pests removed, tin cats reset. Areas with pests and pest activity has been cleaned - good General sanitation has greatly improved. all moveable equipment has been adjusted for cleaning of floors. Dry storage room racks have been adjusted and room has been organized and painted - good Updated cleaning schedule on site with daily and weekly cleaning tasks. Ensure that this schedule is adhered to and staff are held accountable for routine cleaning. Cleaning conducted along cook line and underneath the dishwasher. areas are noticeably cleaner - good Ensure that cleaning schedules are maintained and that the facility is maintained in a sanitary manner. Correction order rescinded at this time.
