Observation: Gap under back receiving door was noted that could allow entrance of pests. Operator to install proper weather strip under back receiving door to prevent entrance of pest.

Observation: Broken prep cooler was being used as shelving area. Manager indicated that it will be replaced with a proper shelving. Operator to notify the Health Inspector if any change is to be made in terms of food equipment in kitchen area. Water was dripping from on hand washing sink after faucet was closed.
Corrective Action(s): Correct today - Operator to remove food equipment in not proper working order from the food premises and notify health inspector when change is made in terms of food equipment.
Repair faucet to stop water from dripping. All hand washing sinks have to be in good working order.

Hand washing stations were equipped with warm water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Sanitizer Quaternary Ammonium at 200 ppm was available in buckets to store wiping rags
Permit was posted and visible to the public
Food handlers held valid food safe level 1 certificate
Cold holding units were at 4 C / 40 F or colder
Hot holding units were at 60 C / 140 F or hotter
Freezer units were at -18 C / 0 F or colder
Dishwasher reached chlorine residual concentration of 50 ppm at plate level
Vent hood was clean and maintained.
Monitoring logs for temperature and sanitation were available and up to date
All thermometers were i good working order
Ice machine was clean and maintained
