-Sanitation issues from previous inspection have been addressed. An improvement in sanitation at the pop machine and under the 3 compartment sink was noted. Ensure these areas are maintained in this condition -Glue traps have been placed to monitor for any pest (cockroach) activity. If any pest activity is noted, immediately retain the services of a Pest Control Technician.
