-> Staff remade solution. Surface sanitizer solution must be available at all times of operation For a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution, mix 1/2 tsp bleach with 1 Litre of water.

paper towels, and hot/cold water.
- Walk-in freezer (-20C) , chest freezer ( -18C) , waffle
prep cooler (0C) and upright cooler (2C) measured
with appropriate temperatures.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 81C
at the plate surface.
- General sanitation needs improvement.
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Do not store drink lids with and wash hand wash station items.
- FOODSAFE level 1 certified staff on site. Permit posted.
- Front display cooler not in use.
