Cooling units below 4 C. OK Freezers range between -14 to -17 C. Noted. Dishwasher at 72 C at plate. OK. sani-buckets in use and regularly changed. **Recommend buckets in high traffic/use locations get changed more often than standard procedures. Drive thru and public seating bucket less than 200 ppm. Others ok. Handwash stations stocked and ok. Door (inside and out), floor and general condition of men's washroom (public) not sanitary. Women's washroom much cleaner. **Make sure all washrooms receive adequate cleaning (quality and frequency) during store hours.
