Corrective Action(s): Ensure hot hold unit is able to maintain >= 60 C for potentially hazardous foods (meat balls). Water adjusted and insert refilled during inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Only 1 plug available at 3 comp sink for dishwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least 3 plugs are available to wash dishware properly in 3 comp sink. All sink must be able to be filled at the same time to wash dishes with manual 4 step process.

-No signs of pest activity noted
