Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 buckets of previously frozen shrimps were thawing in and by the sink overnight. The internal temperatures were 18C and 6.5C.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Do not thaw cold potentially hazardous foods at room temperature.

Observation: Meat slicer was not cleaned properly. Red meat debris and yellow grimes were on the meat slicer.

Paper report #259830

A follow-up inspection was conducted.

*Operator indicated that the planned mop sink is no longer being used as intended. Any dirty water will be discarded in the washroom. As indicated by the operator, the previously used mop sink will be a potable water filling station for foods. Hoses were changed to reflect the change.
