Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop were stored inside the ice bucket in storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Store the ice scoop in a clean container outside of the ice machine. Proper usage of gloves and hand washing were discussed at the time when transporting ice is necessary.

Routine inspection
- All coolers are at or below 4C
- Freezer is at or below -18C
- Hot holding unit keeping hot dogs at or above 60C
- Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottles were measure around 100-200 ppm. Reminder: wiping clothes are to be kept in the sanitizer solution or to be replaced with clean clothes as required.
- Hand washing sink is provide with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in pump dispenser and paper towel. Reminder: Ensure hand washing after handling money and before preparing food.
- Ensure ice bucket cover is closed while not in use. Always use scoop to fill up cups.
- Permit is posted.
- Dry storages are maintained.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
