Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on May 7, 2019 (RPT#: 236599). The following was observed: Pesto mayo was internally probed and measured at 4C inside the prep cooler Manager for the snack bar states that the pesto mayo arrives at the warehouse frozen, and then defrosted in the cooler No concerns noted at this time.
