Food containers in coolers observed covered with fitted lids and dispensing utensils removed after use. Single use containers stored at front service area stored upside down to protect from contamination. Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine) Gaps on sides of mop sink have been closed off to pest proof area behind sink. Required premise cleaning conducted. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity.
