Observation: A rice scoop is stored in a cup with food debris at room temperature at the time of inspection.
Multiple food items is not covered in the corner two-doors glass cooler.
A single use plastic bowl stored in the bulk container with liquid food in the corner two-doors glass cooler.
Mold and dirt in the ice-machine.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. A rice scoop must be stored safely (e.g., an ice-bath).
Keep all food items covered with lids/plastic wrap all the time.
Immediately. Remove the plastic bowl from a liquid. Use a ladle which available in that container.
Please clean &sanitize ice-machine.

General sanitation - satisfactory but required attention in hard to reach areas (see violation section).
Handwashing sinks in kitchen, washrooms and front area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Coolers <= 4.0 C;
Freezers are measured less than -18 C;
Thermometers for cold units available;
Sanitizer/Bleach - available;
High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71.4 C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface;
Dry storage is well organized and all food is stored off the floor.
