Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Daily health check of staff conducted and documented. Disinfection of high-touch surfaces every 2 hours and documented. Take-out only. NOTE: Post signage at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. Food-grade H2O2 available on-site. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Prep coolers measured at 4C. Milk/cream-dispensers measured at 3C. Stand-up freezer at back of house measured at -19C and stand-up cooler at the back of house measured at 1C. Stand-up freezer on line measured at -9C. Hot-holding unit measured at 65C. All cold-holding and hot-holding units met temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure at least one person with FoodSafe certification level 1 is present within the premise. Print-out staff Foodsafe certification and have it available on-site for review by EHO.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
