Comments

- Deep cleaning in the kitchen has been done. Ensure to continue deep cleaning and sanitizing on a weekly basis. Also ensure to continue monitoring for pest activity on a daily basis, and removing droppings and disinfecting affected areas as needed.
- Dishwasher leak has been fixed temporarily. Staff stated plumber will be retuning with a permanent solution.
- Bleach available onsite for sanitizing of food-contact surfaces. For a proper concentration of 100 ppm, mix 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water.
- Walk-in cooler has been re-organized. Raw meats are now stored below vegetables and other ready-to-eat items. *Ensure all food is stored properly covered as well (see violation code 209 above).
