Observation: 2 issues;
-hot water not available at main floor bar, main floor concession, upstairs bar handsinks
-Upstairs glasswasher not operational, main floor glasswasher measured 0 ppm chlorine at the glass surface
Correction: Breaker was tripped for the hot water tank. Operator re-engaged hot water tank circuit.
Main floor glasswasher must be serviced and ensure that sanitizer measures minimum 50 ppm chlorine at the glass surface. Sanitizer solution concentration must be checked every time the glasswasher is used.

Main floor conveyer glasswasher measured 100 ppm chlorine at the dish surface.
Correction order rescinded.
Operator has requested 2 new approvals.
1) temporarily using the main floor conveyer glasswasher for upstairs and main floor glassware while a new machine for upstairs is procured. approved on the following conditions;
-a push cart must be available at all times to ferry glassware to and from upstairs bar from main floor glasswasher
-the glasswasher must be tested every day that the machine is used to have a concentration of 100 ppm chlorine at the glass surface. this result must be recorded
2) newly refurbished concession stand on main floor (facing entrance) for desserts and pre-packaged salads. concession area hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. Display cooler must be 4 degrees C or less ambient temperature before use (not in operation at the time of inspection), and all dishware must be run through the upstairs dishwasher in the kitchen after use. single door prep cooler available but there are no plans to use this unit. concession area is limited to minimal prep and food handling. Approved.
