Observation: Biofilm growth seen around the water recirculation system of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize this area today and maintain on a regular basis. Ice machine recirculation system should be cleaned at least on a monthly basis, if not more often if needed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand wash station lacked paper towel at start of inspection.

Observation: Observed multiple droppings under the pop syrup storage and throughout the bottom shelves of the dry storage area. Pest control company currently coming every three days according to staff since mouse sightings have increased.
Corrective Action(s): Pull out all product on bottom shelves of the dry storage area, inspect for any damaged or contaminated product and discard any affected product/packaging. Thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottom shelves before putting any product back on shelves. Do this every other day until problem is resolved.
