Follow-up inspection conducted due to inspector noticing Food Store in operation that is not approved by the Health Department. Observed Food Store in operation selling pre-packaged candies, cereal, snacks and other shelf stable snacks. Premise observed to sell potentially hazardous foods such as ice cream. Inform operator that premise require health approvals to sell ice cream (potentially hazardous foods). The following documents required to be submitted for health review. Health Approval Application form. Partnership agreement if applicable. Food Safety Plan indicating how potentially hazardous foods are handled safely (e.g. temperature log of cooling units). Sanitation Plan indicating how equipment and premises are cleaned. Floor plan of premises indicating major equipment layout and material of construction. List of menu items. Aforementioned items to be submitted by April 25, 2022.
