Follow up inspection to the report # JGUU-CEBTQU: BBQ items in the holding unit measured at >60C internally. Ensure hot held items are held at 60C or higher at all time. In-use utensils are stored in ice water. All food items covered adequately. cloth towels are not longer in use. Reduce in standing water was observed at this time. Ensure standing water is mopped frequently throughout the day.
