Corrective Action(s): Operator is in contact with a pest control company to address the fruit fly infestation. Reminder to clean and sanitize the preparation area on a frequent basis. Clean spills quickly. Clean underneath equipment and all hard to reach areas. Correct immediately.

Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - C5ZSET:

Chinese and Indian condiments stored in inserts on top of ice again. Reminder to partially submerge inserts into the ice bath to ensure cold potentially hazardous foods are kept at or below 4 degrees C.
Sink and surface cleaner sanitizer (sulfonic and lactic acid) product available for use in spray bottles. Test strips available for testing concentration.
Chaat station hand sink paper towel dispenser relocated to a more convenient location. Front service area hand sink paper towels placed in a holder above the hand sink.
Note: hot water again turned off at the north hand sink. Advised by staff that when hot water supply is turned on and when knee/thigh push mechanism is used the water coming out of tap is too hot. Service the push mechanism.
Reminder not to store raw eggs above ready to eat foods and vegetables in the back walk in cooler.
Dry storage room thoroughly cleaned.
Some food debris accumulations observed on food containers inside the walk in cooler. Clean and sanitize exterior of food containers and lids on a frequent basis.
